Working with the landowner and estate tenants we completed an Environmental Strategy Farm Plan to meet the biodiversity strands of their nature recovery ambition for the estate.
This Gloucestershire estate is committed to supporting both food production and nature recovery through effective stewardship of rural land. The estate also supports its tenant farmers to adopt regenerative agricultural practices, drive nature recovery and diversify land-use and income streams.
The plan identified scope for habitat and species diversity, an increase in soil health and adopting regenerative farming practices. Opportunities were explored to access additional funding for farm infrastructure and land management options tailored to the individual tenanted farms.
